Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the shopping pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket by clicking on the 'buy now’ button.

Credit Card Methods of Payment
You can make a secure payment by credit card using our Secure Server and Shopping Cart. We won't charge your credit card until the items are dispatched.

Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Delta or Maestro. We do not accept American Express. Please note that Electron cards cannot be used online.
Records of your Credit Card are not kept on file and are removed from the computer as soon as your order is processed.
If there are any errors in your order call 01753 631001 (10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email sdcardcrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping and Handling

Packages are sent via Royal Mail with proof of posting.
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. If, upon receipt of your goods, the packaging is in any way damaged, then contact the Post Office immediately. You will need to keep the packaging and/or to take photographs as evidence for your claim. You may contact us for a copy of the proof of posting to assist your claim.
We obtain a proof of posting for every package mailed and will assist you in any way we can, but you will need to make a claim for loss from the post office.
Please note that no responsibility is accepted for goods damaged in transit or for the non-delivery of items.
Postage will be charged at cost, and will be added to your order at the time of processing, you will be sent an e mail with the actual postage cost.

Please note there is a MINIMUM ORDER OF £8

Delivery Schedule
All orders received by 4pm which will be the last order check of each day will be posted on the next working day.

All prices include VAT at 17.5%.

All on-line payments are made using secure on-line payment facilities.

Privacy Policy
We request your name, address, e-mail and telephone numbers only to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service, but we will not pass your name and address to any third parties.
Credit card details are not stored on any site or computer.

S & D Card Crafts Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item to S & D Card Crafts in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received your order. The goods which are returned must be unopened and unused (with any tape, fastening or shrink-wrap intact, this will act as proof of non usage). A full refund will be given on receipt of the goods as long as the returned items are in the exact condition in which they were sent out to the customer. If any seals have been broken then the items will be classed as damaged goods on the customer's part. Any orders received after the 7 days will not be reimbursed. You do, however, have the option of your items being resent to you (postage to be paid by the customer)
PLEASE NOTE: we will only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty. Postage on these returns will be paid by S & D Card Crafts (including Recorded Delivery charges).
No other delivery charges will be paid for by S & D Card Crafts at any time.

By Law Policy
By law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days from the day after the date the item is delivered to you.

How to Cancel
To cancel your purchase during the 7 day cooling off period, please telephone Sue on 01753 631001, you will then need to send the goods(in perfect un-opened condition) back along with the invoice which accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please pack any unopened item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip/invoice enclosed, recorded delivery must be used. The goods should be back To Returns Dept, S & D Card Crafts within 7 working days of you receiving your order. Customer will be responsible for postage costs.
Once the goods have been received your account will then be credited.
